EU/EEA residents are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection law. However, this right expires once any credits have been used.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Any credits have been used
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- Additional credit purchases are non-refundable once processed
- Community or messaging features usage does not affect refund eligibility
